• Ensuring therapists use hand sanitiser pre- and post-treatment.
• Being vigilant in cleanliness standards specifically around wet areas, treatment floors and the laundering of linen.
• Following an end of day checklist to ensure all areas have been cleaned and sanitised ready for the following day’s trade.
• Using disposable beauty applicators and supplies for waxing, tinting and other beauty services.
• Using disposable covers for noise cancelling headphones (as part of the relevant LED treatments).
• Adhering to local council requirements relating to the use of autoclave machines to sterilise reusable instruments (where applicable).
What are we doing to ensure the safety of our clients and therapists?
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have felt the need to implement some additional standards to mitigate this specific risk. These additional standards are:
• Ensuring hand sanitiser is readily available to clients and therapists at the reception desk and in each treatment room.
• Ensuring hospital-grade spray is available to wipe down benches, machines and products.
• Replacement of hand towels with disposable paper towel in staff bathrooms.
• Provision of fresh hand towels in treatment rooms after each client treatment.
• Complete redressing of treatment beds after each client treatment.
• Requesting that unwell clients cancel/re-book their treatment for a later date.
At endota, our leadership team meets regularly and is closely following all advice received from theDepartment of Health and World Health Organisation to manage this dynamic situation. We are committed to supporting our spas and the Australian community during this time of uncertainty.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (business days) of being placed. Please allow for up to 5-7 working days for delivery. This varies depending on your location. For international orders, please allow 5-9 working days for delivery to metro areas.During peak sale periods, delivery may be longer due to the high volume of orders. endota spa uses Australian Post standard post eParcels to send all product parcels and Australian Post express or Priority registered to send all mail Gift Cards
What does endota spa charge for shipping?
endota spa happily offers free shipping for all product orders over $75 and all e-Gift Card orders.We have a standard $10 shipping rate on all orders under $75. For international shipping, costs are calculated based on your location.We have an express $8.50 shipping rate (no signature required) or priority registered $10 shipping rate (signature required) on all mail Gift Cards

Will endota spa cover the return fees?
endota spa will only cover return fees if the product is considered broken or faulty upon arrival, for most other cases the customer will have to cover this cost.

If it has been over our standard time-frame of 5-7 days for parcel orders, contact us online and our customer service team will be in touch. If you have not provided a phone number we will contact you directly through your email address.
I would like to return items I have bought online
endota spa will happily exchange or refund any product that proves defective or detrimental to your skin. Sadly for the indecisive, the endota spa refund policy does not cover changes of mind, so please choose carefully.

Do I get a refund of the delivery fee?
endota spa will not refund the delivery fee on returned items unless they are considered faulty or broken.
Can I return items bought with a Freedom voucher?
endota spa accepts returns on purchases made with the Freedom voucher. If you return an item that you have used a Freedom voucher to purchase, the value of the item at time of purchase will be credited to you in the form of another Freedom voucher.
If the price has been updated since I have returned my item, will I receive the new price on my refund?
The total refund is equal to the value of the returned items at the time of purchase.
How will I know you have received my returned items?
endota spa will send an email to the listed email on the order to confirm they have received your return.
Please be patient as this can take up to 30 days to process.
I received a faulty or broken item in my order

Are there any additional Customs, Import Duties and Tax fees?
If you are based outside Australia please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

What if I don't pay the additional Customs, Import Duties and Tax fees?
If you choose not to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and endota will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Are there any products that cannot be shipped internationally?
Unfortunately, due to hazardous and flammable goods restrictions, we are unable to ship hazardous goods internationally.

How do I redeem a Gift Card online?

What can I redeem my Gift Card on?
Gift Cards may be used on any endota spa product online or in spa with the exception of all Gift Cards.
I haven’t received my e-Gift Card what can I do?
Please check your junk mail or spam email folder, sometimes the email cannot be identified and automatically is filtered as junk mail. If your e-Gift Card is not here, contact us online with your purchase order number starting with an END-... and we can track your order for you.
I lost my Gift Card, What can I do?
In the incident that you have lost your Gift Card, please contact the endota spa it was purchased from with your tax receipt.
For any online gift card purchases, contact us online.
If you are unsure of the original purchase location/method, contact us online. We will do our best to track your Gift Card. Gift Cards are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost so make sure you keep it somewhere safe.
What is an e-Gift Card?
e-Gift Card is short for electronic Gift Card. They are in a pdf file format, which can be sent directly to the recipient, forwarded or printed out to give to the recipient.
If I select an e-Gift Card, will I get a physical gift voucher in the mail?
No. Once purchased, our e-Gift Cards are automatically sent to you as a pdf document direct to your chosen recipient email address.
What happens if I change my mind and want a physical gift voucher instead?
We can most certainly arrange a new physical gift voucher for you. There will be a small postage and handling fee for this delivery.

Yes, under the recipient email field, please send the e-Gift Card to this email address.
Is there a separate section where I enter in the recipient details? I don’t want the voucher to have my name on it.
Yes, we have a section where you can fill in the recipient’s details.
This section is optional, and you can skip this section if you wish. It will not affect your voucher purchase.
What is the expiry date on my Gift Card?
For Gift Cards sold after 31st of March 2018 your Gift Card or e-Gift Card will come with a 3 year expiry date from the date of purchase, this is not retrospective.
Can I obtain a refund on my Gift Card if I change my mind?
Your Gift Card can be exchanged for any treatment of the same value, upgrade to a different treatment or exchanged for products.
You can also choose to keep the voucher and use for yourself or give to a different person.
Your Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card) once the purchase has been made.
Can I use my Gift Card at any endota spa location?
Yes. We have over 100 spa locations Australia wide. Please contact your local endota spa to book in your Gift Card treatment.
Do you accept Gift Cards on Public Holidays? If not, why?
We do not accept Gift Cards on Public Holidays as not all of our spas are open on this day. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Can I upgrade or change my Gift Card treatment? Or can I purchase product with my Gift Cards instead?
I want to purchase a specific treatment listed at my endota spa. Can I do this?
Yes. Please contact your local endota spa and they will be able to arrange this for you.
Can I use my Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card?
No, your Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. It cannot be exchanged or refunded for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card). Your Gift Card can be exchanged for any treatment of the same value, or you can upgrade by paying extra.
